Art therapy promotes lasting well-being and gives you the keys to face life's challenges. Your art therapist, with their dual artistic and therapeutic skills, is there to support you without judgment, listen to you and help you give meaning to your creations, give meaning to your life. Art therapy is for everyone regardless of age. In what situations can I consult an art therapist? - stress, anxiety, fatigue, phobia - depression, burn-out - difficulties in expressing one's anxieties, emotions - people with high potential - painful situations (bereavement, divorce, separation...) - school difficulties - lack of self-confidence - violence (physical, sexual, psychological...) - illnesses (cancer, addictive behavior, cognitive...)
